However, sometimes you could want to know additional information about your Knowledge base, which can be offered by Google Analytics, like integrate some data with your main site reports.

Google Analytics is the most popular and complete free Analytics tool. So, if you want to integrate your KB with GA, it is totally easy.

Assuming you're already logged in, open the Customize menu, and paste the Google Analytics snippet into your Main Layout, before the </head> tag.
