Any files you upload to your knowledge base - such as PDFs, Word documents, images, or other attachments - count toward your plan’s storage limit.

What happens if you reach your storage limit?

If your knowledge base approaches the storage limit, you’ll be notified. You can then either:

• Upgrade to a higher plan with more storage, or
• Remove unnecessary files to free up space.

Do articles themselves count?
