Sign Out Behavior
Configure where users land after signing out of your knowledge base

You can control what users see once they sign out of your Helpjuice knowledge base. This helps you manage the user experience after their session ends.

How to Update the Sign Out Behavior
- Click your Profile Picture.
- Select Settings.
- Under User Behavior & Tracking, scroll down to Sign Out Behavior.
- Choose the desired option:
- Show Support Home
- Show Sign in Page
Behavior Options
Show Support Home
After signing out, users will be redirected to your knowledge base homepage.
This is the default option and ensures that users always land on a familiar starting point after their session ends.
Show Sign in Page
Users will be redirected to the sign-in page after logging out.
Best Practices
- Keep the default setting if you want users to continue exploring your knowledge base without signing back in.
- Consider your audience: if most users access private content, ensure the homepage provides useful navigation even when signed out.
