Content Preview feature allows you to preview any changes on your Knowledge Base before you publish them. If you make any HTML, CSS or JS changes you can save them as draft and preview those changes. This is especially useful when you are not really sure how your content looks and you don't want to share any incomplete design changes with your audience.

How To Preview Content Changes

In order to preview content changes go to your customization page, make any changes to your template files and save template as draft by clicking on Save Draft button in the upper right corner or by pressing CTRL + S (Windows) or CMD + S (Mac). Once your template is saved you can click on Preview button right next to Save Draft button and new preview window will open with you recent changes.

In the top navigation you will see dropdown options to switch Knowledge Base pages and also options to switch device(Mobile, Tablet and Desktop). This way you can easily preview how you Knowledge Base looks on different devices. You easily switch back to customization by pressing close icon in the upper right corner.

Once you are satisfied with your changes you can Publish Template by pressing Publish Template button in the upper right corner. If you have multiple templates saved as draft you can easily publish them all by pressing Publish all Templates button from Publish Template dropdown.
