Helpjuice allows you to display a single article across multiple categories using the Also Display In feature. This ensures users can find relevant information in different sections of your knowledge base -  without needing to duplicate articles.

Displaying Articles in Multiple Categories

  1. Open the Editor by creating a new article or editing an existing one.
  2. In the top-left corner, click the Category section.
  1. In the Main Category tab, select the Main Category (if needed).
  2. Click Also Display In and choose additional categories where the article should appear.

Support Home is not considered a main category. If you assign an article to Support Home and then also display it elsewhere, the article will move to the new category.

 

Viewing Articles Assigned to Multiple Categories

From your Dashboard:

  1. Locate the article in the list.
  2. Hover over the folder icon.

A tooltip will display all categories where the article is visible.


Best Practices

  • Avoid over-categorization. Assign articles only to the most relevant categories.
  • Review assignments regularly. Make sure categories remain accurate as your content evolves.
  • Use descriptive category names. This helps users quickly understand where to look.
